Andrew D Demmin

Andrew D Demmin, PHR, is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards and HR Technology at Independent Health. Demmin has previously held roles such as Manager of Total Rewards and HRIS, and Manager of HRIS & Compensation. Prior to the HR field, Demmin served in the Air National Guard as a Technical Sergeant in Maintenance Production Management.
