Kim Caruana

Kim Caruana, POPM, CSM, is an experienced digital product manager currently serving as the Lead Digital Product Manager at Independent Health since September 2022. In this role, Kim develops and documents business and product requirements, manages project lifecycles, and mentors fellow Digital Product Managers. Previously, Kim held senior management positions at FIFTEEN, Mainstreethost, LocalEdge, and Apple, overseeing project management and improving operations across various digital and technical domains. Kim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University at Buffalo and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Erie Community College.
