Lou Natalizia

Lou Natalizia, CBAP, PMI-PBA, currently serves as the Director of IT Business Analysis & ETL Application Services at Independent Health since February 2011, overseeing a team of IT Business Analysts and ETL Architecture, Development, and Production Support resources. Previously, Lou held the position of Manager of IT Business Analysis, emphasizing the management of a diverse team of analysts and fostering a collaborative culture. Lou also worked as a Lead IT Business Analyst focusing on enterprise-level business analysis within strategic portfolios and projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Business Analyst and a Business/Systems Analyst at Meritain Health from 1997 to January 2011. Lou earned an Associate's degree in Ophthalmic Dispensing from Erie Community College from 1988 to 1990, along with an educational background from Lancaster High School.
