Vaughan Perrott

Vaughan Perrott has been with Independent Health since January 2006, initially serving as a Training Coordinator and currently as the Training and Quality Manager. Prior to this, Vaughan worked at Meritain Health as a Provider Relations representative from July 2000 to January 2005. Vaughan graduated from Canisius University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies. Throughout Vaughan's career, they have developed and delivered training modules for various departments, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and technical proficiency. They also have experience in assisting healthcare providers with questions regarding health benefits and resolving payment discrepancies.
