Vicki Alger

Vicki A. is an experienced research fellow and author specializing in education policy, currently serving as a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute since January 2011 and as a Senior Fellow at The Fraser Institute since June 2014. Vicki A. has held various significant roles, including author and visiting fellow at the Bluegrass Institute for Public Policy Solutions, where recent work highlighted the impact of education savings accounts on parental choice in education. Additionally, Vicki A. has contributed as a policy advisor for The Heartland Institute and as an advisor on education policies during the President-Elect Trump Transition Agency. Vicki A. holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts degree in Political Philosophy from The University of Dallas, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Thomas More College of Liberal Arts.
