Sara Bradshaw Ray

Sara Bradshaw Ray, CIC, CKC, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Big I Oklahoma, leading the development of strategic resources and consulting services for insurance agencies. As the Founder and Executive Coach of MyNetwork.ins, Sara connects leaders in the insurance sector through mastermind groups aimed at personal and professional growth. With over 25 years of experience in agency ownership, Sara is also an Agency Maximization Strategist at SynerDynamics Group, providing insights and coaching to clients. Additionally, Sara contributes as a National Faculty Member for the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, sharing extensive knowledge in agency management. As a Master Presenter for Applied Client Network and the former President of the Applied Systems User's Group of Oklahoma, Sara focuses on education and system utilization within insurance agencies. Sara holds a BS in Merchandising/Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
