As the Founder and Executive Coach of MyNetwork.ins, Sara connects leaders in the insurance sector through mastermind groups aimed at personal and professional growth. With over 25 years of experience in agency ownership, Sara is also an Agency Maximization Strategist at SynerDynamics Group, providing insights and coaching to clients. Additionally, Sara contributes as a National Faculty Member for the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, sharing extensive knowledge in agency management. As a Master Presenter for Applied Client Network and the former President of the Applied Systems User's Group of Oklahoma, Sara focuses on education and system utilization within insurance agencies. Sara holds a BS in Merchandising/Marketing from Oklahoma State University.

Founded in 1906 as the Oklahoma Association of Local Fire Insurance Agents, Big I Oklahoma is the largest insurance trade association in the state. With nearly 450 independent insurance agency members, we represent more than 3,000 independent insurance agents and their employees. Big I OK member agencies range in size from one person to some of the largest agencies in the region. Big I Oklahoma policy is set by a board of directors elected at the annual convention. Policy is implemented by a professional staff located in Oklahoma City. Big I Oklahoma's mission, shown below, is carried out through a variety of programs designed to enhance the business of independent insurance agencies. Big I Oklahoma is an active advocate on behalf of independent agents before legislative, regulatory and judicial groups in Oklahoma and at the federal level. Big I Oklahoma is affiliated at the national level with the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America with offices in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington D.C. The mission statement of Big I Oklahoma, working in the public's best interest, through active member participation, is to be the unrelenting advocate of independent insurance agents and to fulfill the education, political, and business needs of its members.
