Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith, RN, BSN, MBA currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Independent Living Services, Inc. Previously, Sarah worked as a Registered Nurse at Conway Regional Health System and Baptist Health, where Sarah was promoted to charge nurse for their exceptional patient care standards. Sarah also has experience as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Woodlawn Elementary School while pursuing their MBA. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University and Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing and Psychology from the University of Arkansas.
