Cary Santamaria

Cary Santamaria is currently the CCO at Independent Living Systems. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer at Florida Community Care from January 2018 to December 2021. Before that, Cary was the Managing Principal at Health Management Associates from January 2016 to December 2018. Her previous role was as the Assistant Deputy Secretary for Medicaid Operation at the Agency for Health Care Administration from January 2012 to December 2016.

Cary Santamaria is a graduate of Florida State University, where they earned their bachelor's degree. Cary also holds a graduate certificate in health services administration and public policy from Florida State University.

They are on a team with Stuart Williams - General Counsel, James Henderson - VP Innovation & Business Development, and Maureen Lillis - COO. Cary Santamaria reports to David Rogers, President.
