David Rogers

David is a health expert with over 30 years of experience in healthcare business development and administration. In 2018, Rogers joined Florida Community Care, an ILS subsidiary, as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. Before that, Rogers was Managing Principal of Health Management Associates' Medicaid Market Solutions where he advised and supported state agencies, systems and plans.
