Grace Sub Laban

Grace Sub Laban has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in quality improvement and compliance. Grace is currently the Vice President of Quality at Independent Living Systems, LLC since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of QM & Stars at MMM of Florida, Inc. from November 2018 to August 2021. From July 2015 to September 2018, they worked as the Director of Quality Improvement at Magellan Complete Care of Florida. Grace also held various roles at Concordia Behavioral Health, including Director of Quality & Compliance from January 2014 to July 2015, Director of Quality & Utilization Management from December 2011 to January 2014, and Quality Consultant in November 2011. Grace began their career at Jackson Health System, where they served as the Director of Operations from March 2007 to December 2010 and as the Director of Clinical Services from January 2004 to December 2006.

Grace Sub Laban completed their education at Florida International University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree with a focus on Children & Family in the years 1984 to 1989. Grace then pursued further education and received a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree specializing in clinical & administration from the same institution, completing this program between 1989 and 1991.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Grace Sub Laban obtained the Certified Professional of Healthcare Quality certification from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) in 2022.
