Dru Homer

Dru Homer currently serves as Vice President of Quality and Operational Excellence at MacroGenics, Inc. since November 2022, previously holding the position of Vice President of Quality. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Quality Viral Vector Services and Site Quality Head at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where responsibilities encompassed deploying Quality Management Systems and facilitating the licensure of a major viral vector manufacturing facility. At Sanofi, from December 2010 to April 2021, Dru held the title of Senior Director, overseeing Quality for various aspects including labeling, packaging, and new product launches. Prior roles also include positions at Genzyme and Novartis Consumer Health. Educational qualifications include a Pg/Dip in Pharmaceutical Quality and Good Manufacturing Practice from the University of Strathclyde and a BSc (Hons) in Physiology/Pharmacology from Nottingham Trent University.
