Stacey Lampkin

Stacey Lampkin is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and Medicaid sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Independent Living Systems, LLC since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Actuary and Partner at Mercer from September 2015 to March 2023, where Stacey also led the GHSC Actuarial/Financial Sector. Additional significant positions include Commissioner at MACPAC from January 2016 to April 2022, and Assistant Deputy Secretary for Medicaid Finance and Analytics at the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration from July 2012 to August 2015.
