Jenny Wagner

Jenny Wagner currently serves as the Head of HR at the Independent Monitoring Authority, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jenny was the HR Manager at Estyn from October 2005 to October 2023. Jenny's career in human resources began at Lloyds TSB Insurance as a Team Leader in 2005, and subsequently, a similar role was undertaken at Economy Power from 2001 to 2005. Educationally, Jenny holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from MOL/CIPD, completed between 2007 and 2010, and a BA in History & American Studies from Swansea University, awarded in 2000.
