Heather Simonsen has a strong background in marketing and customer relationship management. Heather is currently working as the Sr. Director of Marketing CRM & Loyalty at IPP - Independent Pet Partners. Prior to that, they held positions at Thomson Reuters, where they served as the Sr. Director of Marketing and later as the Director of Marketing. Before Thomson Reuters, Heather worked at Lifetouch as the Director of Marketing, CRM and Email. Heather also gained experience at Best Buy as the Sr. Marketing Manager CRM, at Cambria as the Director of Customer Marketing, and at ShopHQ as the Sr. Marketing Manager. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Best Buy Co., Inc. as the Product Manager - Digital Entertainment and Content, and as an Associate Product Manager.

Heather Simonsen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising from the University of Minnesota between the years 1991 and 1996. Heather further pursued their education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, completing their studies between 2002 and 2004.
