Josh Hoeft

Josh Hoeft has extensive experience in finance, with their most recent role being Director of Finance at IPP - Independent Pet Partners since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as Senior Finance Manager and FP&A Manager at the same company. Before joining IPP, Josh worked at Best Buy as a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst, where they provided decision support to Merchant teams and played a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. Josh also supported product and channel development initiatives. Prior to Best Buy, Josh worked at The Hartford as a Finance Associate, where they analyzed financial data and priced fund family daily.

Josh Hoeft completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2009 to 2013. Josh later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of St. Thomas from 2018 to 2022.
