Mark Kinney

Mark Kinney has a strong background in government relations and advocacy within the pharmaceutical industry. Mark currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Government Relations at Independent Pharmacy Cooperative (IPC), where they are responsible for developing and implementing advocacy strategies. Mark has over 15 years of state and federal legislative experience and is a registered lobbyist in Washington D.C. Prior to their role at IPC, they held a position as the V.P. of Government Affairs at IPC. Additionally, Mark has held leadership positions at Independent Pharmacy Cooperative, RxPlus Pharmacies, and American Pharmaceutical Services.

Mark Kinney obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 1985 to 1988.
