Dayana Labrada, MBA, possesses extensive experience in operations, training, and organizational development within the healthcare sector. Currently serving in Communications & Engagement at Independent Purchasing Cooperative since December 2021, Dayana previously contributed to HCA Healthcare as a liaison for education in the East Florida Division, facilitating training and development across eight hospitals. At KidneySPA, strategic and operational leadership was provided to enhance HR programs and drive process improvement. Additionally, Dayana designed and implemented training programs for healthcare professionals at Leon Medical Centers, successfully managing the transition to digital systems. Dayana holds an MBA in Healthcare from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Keiser University.

IPC was incorporated in September 1996 to serve as the purchasing and services cooperative for Subway® Franchisees in the United States and Canada. Created through the cooperative efforts of the Subway® Franchisees, it is a model of what can be achieved through a strategic approach to services, supplies, equipment, logistics, information and supplier relations in a multi-billion dollar food service business.
