Don Butterfield

Don Butterfield is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience at the Independent Purchasing Cooperative. Since July 2016, Don has served as the Director of Network Optimization, focusing on developing strategies and systems to enhance the end-to-end supply chain. Previously, Don held positions as the Director of Strategic Distribution, where alternative distribution options were developed in response to changing restaurant behaviors, and as the Director of Field Distribution, West, overseeing regional managers to ensure exceptional service to restaurants. Don began working with IPC in April 2002 as the Western Zone Distribution Manager, managing distribution across a vast region, and earlier as the West Regional Manager, negotiating distribution agreements during the cooperative's expansion.
