IPC was incorporated in September 1996 to serve as the purchasing and services cooperative for Subway® Franchisees in the United States and Canada. Created through the cooperative efforts of the Subway® Franchisees, it is a model of what can be achieved through a strategic approach to services, supplies, equipment, logistics, information and supplier relations in a multi-billion dollar food service business.
