Supply Chain and Logistics

The Supply Chain and Logistics team at Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC) is responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement and management of goods and services to Subway® Franchisees in the United States and Canada. They oversee inventory and network optimization, equipment purchasing, supply assurance, logistics procurement, and strategic sourcing, while also managing distribution operations and international supply chains. Their goal is to maintain a seamless supply chain that supports franchise operations and enhances overall business performance.
