John Wigglesworth FCA GAICD has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. John currently serves as the Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee at Atlas Arteria Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Non Executive Director at Grid Share, Independent Reserve, and Sydney Children's Hospitals Network. John was also a Member of Council and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee at Macquarie University. Additionally, they served as a Non Executive Director at MQ Health.

For the majority of their career, John worked at KPMG Australia, where they held various roles from Accountant to Senior Manager, Partner, and national leader of the Global Japanese Practice. John was also a Partner at KPMG Thailand, where they served as a client leader for international banking clients and as the CFO of KPMG Thailand. Throughout their career, John had numerous client and management responsibilities, specializing in sectors such as Electronics, Software and Services, Pharmaceuticals, Health and Aged Care, and international banking.

John Wigglesworth FCA GAICD completed their Bachelor of Economics with an accounting major at Macquarie University from 1982 to 1984. John then pursued further education and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, studying from 1986 to 1987. Currently, they are enrolled in the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with an expected completion date in 2022.
