Alicia Snow

Alicia Snow, MSW, LICSW, currently serves as a School Social Worker with Kasson-Mantorville School District since August 2023 and as an Adjunct Teacher at Winona State University since January 2018, contributing to both the bachelor and online master’s programs in social work. Previously, Alicia held multiple roles at Southeast Regional Crisis Center from October 2021 to January 2023, including Field Director and Assistant Professor and Field Coordinator. Alicia also worked as a Mental Health Therapist at PrairieCare and as Clinical Academy Director at Family Service Rochester, where responsibilities included overseeing graduate internships and providing licensure supervision. Earlier experience includes serving as Clinical Program Supervisor and In-Home Family Therapist at Family Service Rochester, focusing on strengthening families through evidence-based and trauma-focused therapies. Alicia earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
