Phil McCarn has extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Phil currently serves as Vice President, Sales - Properties at Independent Sports & Entertainment (ISE), where they started in November 2021. Phil's career also includes roles at Action Sports Media as a Regional Account Manager from 2006 to 2007, and at the PGA TOUR - Wyndham Championship (formerly Greater Greensboro Chrysler Classic) as the Director of Sales & Marketing from 2000 to 2006. In these positions, they played key roles in generating revenue, reinventing events, and achieving profitability.

Phil began their career in 1995 as the Director, Youth Sports at the Greensboro Sports Commission. In this role, they focused on promoting and developing youth sports programs.
