Steven Shaver

Steven Shaver is a seasoned professional in the turbine and energy services industry, currently serving as Vice President at Independent Turbine Consulting, LLC since 2014. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Partners Alliance as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter in 2013-2014, and at BRUSH Group as Field Service Manager from 2012 to 2013. Steven's extensive experience includes a 21-year tenure at Westinghouse Electric Company, where responsibilities spanned various managerial roles, including Business Development & Operations Manager for Turbine Generator Services, Engineering & Product Line Manager for Reactor Coolant Pump & Motor Services, and Master Black Belt in Customer 1st focusing on Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, obtained in 1990.
