Dr Paul Horwood

Dr. Paul Horwood is the UK Head of Farm at IVC Evidensia, leading business development and operational rollout across over 50 sites while facilitating communication between veterinary practices and corporate leadership. As a Group Veterinary Advisor, Paul leverages extensive experience to guide the Farm division in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. In addition, Paul serves as a Non-Executive Director at the British Veterinary Association, providing independent advice to the executive team. Paul is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Sandstone Communications, focusing on high-performance skills and effective communication strategies for businesses. Previously, Paul led Westpoint Veterinary Group as Managing Director, overseeing a multi-centre large animal practice. Paul's military experience includes serving as Company Second in Command in the British Army and working as a Training Captain at the Royal Veterinary College. Paul holds a BVetMed from the Royal Veterinary College, an MBA from The Open University, and a Diploma in Bovine Reproduction from the University of Liverpool.
