Margaret Oliver has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Currently, they are working at IVC Evidensia UK as the Lead Talent Partner, responsible for Scotland, Northern Ireland, IOM, Northern England, and Midlands regions. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Talent Partner at IVC Evidensia UK and as a Talent Partner.

Before joining IVC Evidensia UK, Margaret worked at Russell Taylor Group as a Resourcer/Admin Support. Margaret also gained experience as a Recruitment Partner at Vets Now.

Earlier in their career, Margaret worked as an Area Sales Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and BDL Management. Margaret also held the position of Revenue Coordinator at Quality Hotel Edinburgh Airport and worked as a Junior Assistant Purser at Princess Cruises.

Margaret's work experience began in 2009 as a Sales Executive for various hotels, including the Holiday Inn Express Dunfermline and Quality Hotel Edinburgh Airport. Prior to that, they worked as a Duty Manager/Wedding Coordinator at Pitbauchlie House Hotel.

Throughout their career, Margaret has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, sales, and coordination roles.

Later, they attended Adam Smith College and earned an HNC degree in Event Management. In 2014, Margaret Oliver Assoc CIPD enrolled at Fife College and completed a program in Intermediate CIPD Human Resource Management, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services.
