Chris Shannon

Chris Shannon has over 18 years of experience in financial services, specializing in credit underwriting and management. Chris started as a Credit Analyst II at Washington Mutual Bank in 2003, handling small loan programs for commercial real estate. In 2005, they joined Timarron Capital, where they played a significant role in developing the company and underwriting various loan transactions. Moving on to Texas Capital Bank in 2009, they managed a team of underwriters handling commercial real estate loans. Most recently, Chris served as an SVP at Independent Financial, overseeing credit underwriting and managing a team of analysts. Chris'sresponsibilities include underwriting various types of loans and working on Credit Administration projects.

Chris Shannon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Texas Tech University.
