Sandy Ginchereau Culp has over 28 years of experience in the banking industry. Sandy started their career at Wells Fargo Bank in 1992, where they held various roles such as Lending Assistant, Loan Operations Specialist, and Credit Analyst. Sandy later worked at Patriot Bank in Loan Administration before moving to The Highlands Bank, fka ViewPoint Bank, as an AVP in Loan Administration. Subsequently, they joined Highlands Bank as a Business Application Specialist and then transitioned to LegacyTexas Bank, where they served as AVP Commercial Administration and Business Analysis Manager. Currently, Sandy is the Vice President and Loan Operations Servicing Manager at Independent Financial, leveraging their expertise in loan administration, business analysis, and systems implementation.

Sandy Ginchereau Culp graduated with honors from Proctor R Hug High in Reno, Nevada in 1992. Sandy then went on to earn a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Morrison University in 2001.
