Thomas Donnegan

Thomas Donnegan is an accomplished mortgage banking professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Regional Production Manager and Mortgage Banker at Independent Financial since December 2020, Thomas is responsible for recruiting experienced Mortgage Loan Originators across Colorado. Prior to this role, Thomas held various prominent positions, including Regional Manager for Land Home Financial Services overseeing the Rocky Mountain West and President of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, where leadership and member support were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Vice President at Cherry Creek Mortgage Co., Area/Regional Manager at Real Estate Finance, and leadership roles at Wells Fargo and Norwest Bank. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
