Sarkis Dagher

Sarkis Dagher has a comprehensive work experience in the flexible packaging industry. Sarkis has held various leadership positions at different companies throughout their career. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President of the Flexible Packaging Division at INDEVCO Group, where they are responsible for managing multiple manufacturing plants and sales offices across different regions. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Market Development at Napco Group, where they developed and implemented a global marketing strategy for the Flexible Packaging Division. Sarkis also has experience as a Director of Market Development, Area General Manager, and Global Key Account Director at NAPCO Group. Before joining NAPCO, Sarkis served as the General Manager of United Plastic Products Company and held management positions, including Sales Manager, Plant Manager, and Production Manager, at the same company. Sarkis also worked as a Production Manager at Napco Modern Plastic Products Company - Sack Division and as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Production Engineer at Masterpak S.A.L. Throughout their career, Sarkis has introduced innovative packaging solutions, set up new production lines, and managed start-up operations.

Sarkis Dagher obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Christian Brothers University from 1979 to 1983. Sarkis also completed the Executive Management Program at Penn State University in 1999.
