Brett Penhollow

Brett Penhollow's work experience began in 2002 as a Retail Sales Manager at Cole Haan. In 2004, they became a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Ralcorp Holding Inc, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Division Human Resources Manager at Interstate Container. In 2017, Brett joined INDEVCO North America, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources. Brett then progressed to become the VP of Operations for the Building Products & Paper Divisions. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Compensation & Benefits and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at INDEVCO North America, Inc.

Brett Penhollow has an Executive MBA in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Brett also holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Empire State University, completed between 2006 and 2008. For their undergraduate studies, Brett received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia during the period from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their degrees, Brett has additional certifications including GPHR and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
