Kelly Baxter-Rae

Kelly Baxter-Rae serves as the General Counsel for Indevin Group since September 2025. Kelly has held directorial positions at Auckland Cricket and Spark Foundation since October 2021 and September 2018, respectively. Previously, Kelly worked at Spark New Zealand from July 2017 to September 2025 in roles focused on strategy and as Senior Legal Counsel. Additional experience includes serving as a Director at Parnell Cricket Club, a Commercial Lawyer at Progressive Enterprises, and Legal Counsel at Tesco PLC. Early career highlights feature a solicitor role at Russell McVeagh and a commercial lawyer position during the Rugby World Cup 2011 with IMG Media. Kelly holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Intellectual Property Law & Practice from the University of Oxford and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Auckland.
