Laurie Gross

Laurie Gross has over 30 years of work experience, with a focus on software development and analysis. Laurie started their career at Aberdeen Test Center as a Computer Specialist and later became a Programmer Analyst. After that, they worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Group Benefit Services/Innovative Outsourcing, Inc. In 2000, Laurie joined SAIC, where they held various roles including Software Tester, Principal Investigator, and Software Systems Team Lead. In 2013, they transitioned to Edaptive Systems, LLC, and worked as a Software Test Engineer until the company was acquired by ManTech. At ManTech, Laurie became a Scrum Master and later joined Index Analytics LLC as a Business Analyst in 2019, where they currently work.

Laurie Gross obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2007. Additionally, Laurie obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2017, and as a Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2018.
