Matthew Voyles has over 15 years of experience in customer support and operations management. From 2019 to present, they have been the Director of Customer Support & Operations at INDEX Corporation. Prior to that, they were the Customer Support Manager at Single Source Technologies (a Makino Company) from 2015 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating 22 direct reports in their day to day activities, mentoring and coaching of direct reports, identifying manpower requirements, participating in the recruitment process, assessing individual performance of each employee, scheduling training sessions, managing department budget, and answering sales and customer questions. Matthew Voyles obtained their High School Diploma from Troy Athens High School in 1998. Matthew then went on to pursue an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Troy, which they completed in 2000.
