Jason Cicchetti

After serving as Index Exchange’s external counsel for over 3 years, Jason Cicchetti joined the company full time as its General Counsel in 2018. Leveraging his commerce education, industry knowledge, international network and experience working in private practice, he provides trusted business and legal advice to Index Exchange’s board of directors and senior management.

Prior to joining Index Exchange, Jason was a Partner in the Corporate/Commercial and Securities Law Group at Loopstra Nixon LLP. During his time at Loopstra Nixon LLP, he advised multinational businesses both in and out of the advertising and technology industries on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions, regulatory compliance, and general corporate/commercial matters.

Jason earned a B.B.A. (with honours) from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a J.D. from Queen’s University Law School.
