Jeff MacDonald

Jeff MacDonald has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff'smost recent position is as an Operations Engineer at Index Exchange, where they currently work. Prior to this, Jeff worked at LaterPay GmbH as a Site Reliability Engineer for five years. In this role, they played a key part in migrating infrastructure to AWS, implementing cloud-native approaches, and optimizing CI/CD deployments. Before LaterPay, Jeff was a Systems Administrator at Terida for six years, where they successfully revamped the entire infrastructure and provided essential tools for developers and QA. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked at Interchange Technologies, Inc. as an Information Technology Generalist, gaining experience in Perl and PHP development, systems administration, and customer relations. Jeff began their career at Hub.Org Hosting Solutions SA, initially working in an intern-like position and later taking on general IT responsibilities.
