Neil Dorken

With more than 18 years of financial advising experience under his belt, Neil now oversees all aspects of Index Exchange’s financial and accounting functions as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, a role he stepped into in 2018.

A registered CPA, Neil previously served as the SVP, Finance and Transformation for Air Methods in Denver, Colorado — the world’s largest air medical transportation company — which he helped take private in 2017. Before then, he worked as the VP, Finance for CHC, an offshore oil and gas helicopter transportation provider with operations across the globe. Earlier in his career, he was part of the assurance practice at KPMG in Vancouver and consulted a variety of technology clients.

Originally from Vancouver, Neil now lives in Toronto with his wife and four children.
