Ricky Kwan

Ricky Kwan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ricky began their career in 2012 as a Web Modernization Specialist (Co-op) at the Ministry of Government Services. In 2013, they worked as a Programmer (Co-op) at Rouge Valley Health System. The following year, Ricky joined the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care as a Junior Application Programmer (Co-op). In 2015, they worked as a Web Developer (Co-op) at the University of Toronto Scarborough. Ricky's most recent and current position is at Index Exchange, where they started in 2016 as an Operations Engineer. Ricky later held the role of Operations Engineer II from 2018 to 2021, and they are currently working as a Senior Operations Engineer.

Ricky Kwan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto Scarborough, from 2011 to 2016. Ricky obtained additional certifications, including "Introduction to Hadoop Administration (TTDS6503-TTOE)" from Trivera Technologies in September 2021, and "AS102 Operator Training Part III" from Aerospike, Inc. in December 2019.
