Roza Ismagilova

Roza Ismagilova has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Roza started working at Casale Media in 2012 as a Software Engineer I-III, where they remained until 2015. In 2015, they joined Index Exchange as a Senior Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer. Roza then progressed to roles such as Engineering Manager, Staff Engineer, and Senior Engineering Lead. Their most recent position at Index Exchange is as an Engineering Lead Manager, which they have held since April 2022.

Roza Ismagilova pursued their education at the University of Toronto from 2008 to 2012, where they completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
