Tom Kreicbergs

Tom Kreicbergs is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning entrepreneurship, authorship, and finance. As the founder of The Index Masterclass since August 2020, Tom has provided training on index and ETF investing to over 150,000 attendees, with 4,000 enrolled in the flagship program. As an award-winning author under the name Tom Crosshill, works have been published in ten languages, and notable accolades include three Nebula Award nominations and winning the Writers of the Future contest. Tom co-founded IPAS INDEXO, where significant contributions included positioning the company as a leading asset management firm in Latvia, attracting over 100,000 savers and successfully launching an IPO. Prior experience includes roles at Scotia Capital and UBS Investment Bank, focusing on structured transactions in the oil and gas sector, and earlier internships in research settings related to physics. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Reed College.
