Gabriel Surdus

Gabriel Surdus has over 13 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR manager at Index Noslus s.r.o. since December 2010. Responsibilities include policy-making, employee hiring, human resources needs analysis, and managing personnel databases. Gabriel has led candidate selection processes, developed employee evaluation procedures, and designed onboarding plans while collaborating on internal and external HR projects. Previously, as a Human Resource and Education Specialist, Gabriel focused on conducting interviews, developing educational materials, assessing training needs, and managing training activities. With a Master's degree from the Faculty of Philosophy of Comenius University and education from City University Bratislava, Gabriel combines academic knowledge with practical HR and training expertise.
