Alexandra Fisher Sweet

Alexandra Fisher Sweet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and policy development. Currently serving as Vice President of People at Index Ventures since February 2022, Alexandra previously held the role of Chief Talent Officer at Nova Pioneer from January 2015 to December 2019. Additional experience includes a position as a Summer Associate at Knife Capital in mid-2013 and serving as Manager and Policy Analyst at the Center for American Progress from 2009 to 2012, where Alexandra managed program development for initiatives such as the American Progress Business Alliance and US-China Progress. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Research Associate at Wellington Management. Alexandra Fisher Sweet holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University, along with educational experience from East China Normal University.
