Aditi Pancholi

Aditi Pancholi has worked in the Human Resources field since 2009. Aditi began their career at Aegis Limited as an HR Generalist, where they were responsible for coordination between management and employees, tracking signs of attrition, and facilitating career development initiatives. In 2012, they joined HR VIZION Consultants as an Executive Search. In 2015, they moved to Fitraq as a Manager of Marketing & HR, where they aspired to create a platform for fitness enthusiasts. In 2019, they joined Jerai Fitness Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager of HR & BD, and currently works at India Assist as a Manager of HR & BD, where they resolve employee relation issues.

Aditi Pancholi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Global Institute of Technology in Jaipur from 2007 to 2009. Aditi also attended St Xavier's School in Jaipur from 2002 to 2004.
