Rachita Vora is a co-founder and director of India Development Review (IDR), which is the first independent online media and knowledge platform for leaders in the development community in India, established in partnership with Ashoka University's Centre for Social Impact and Philanthropy. Prior to IDR, Rachita served as the manager of the Dasra Girl Alliance, a pioneering $40 million initiative focused on empowering adolescent girls from disadvantaged communities in India. Rachita also held managerial roles at Godrej Industries, where responsibilities included leading corporate social responsibility strategies, and at Swadhaar FinServe Pvt. Ltd., where product development and marketing were key focuses in microfinance. Rachita's earlier experiences include positions at Chatterjee & Lal Gallery and Starlite Media LLC. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
