Swatantresh Mishra

Swatantresh Mishra is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Business HR Head at India Glycols Limited since June 2020, responsibilities include HR business partnership, change management, talent management, compliance, and training and development. Prior to this, Swatantresh was employed at UNO MINDA Group as Domain HR, where focus was on policy formulation and talent management. Swatantresh also held the position of Plant HR Head at Adithya Automotive Applications, overseeing HR and employee lifecycle management, and served as Head of HR & IR at Sietz Technologies, emphasizing manpower planning and union management. Earlier career experience includes roles at Vikas Group as Assistant Manager HR and at Motherson Group as HR Executive. Swatantresh holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from IPEM, Ghaziabad, and a BBA from Sherwood College of Management, Lucknow.
