Adam Jones

Adam Jones is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering at the Health and Safety Executive since April 2018, with a focus on strategic HR business partnerships. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from June 2010 to April 2018, including Medical HR Manager, where expertise in project management and employment law was utilized. Adam also served as Regional HR Advisor at NHS Direct from 2005 to 2010, supporting a large workforce across multiple locations. Early career experience includes a position as Securities Lending and Reconciliations Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Adam holds an MSc in Business & HR Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
