Ramneek Teng

Ramneek Teng has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the industrial asset management, opex asset management strategy, and operations fields. Ramneek has served as the CEO of Industrial Asset Management at Hofincons and as the Head/VP of Opex Asset Management Strategy, Digitization, Reliability, and Sustainability at IndiGrid. Prior to this, they worked as the Quality, Cost, and Time - Projects P&L CXO at ENERCON, where they were responsible for managing renewable projects operations strategy and P&L. Ramneek also worked as the Business Head at Essel Group, where they successfully turned around business operations and increased business turnover. Earlier in their career, Ramneek held the position of Head of Regional Operations and Operations Excellence at Bharti Enterprises, and had a role in manufacturing operations at LG Electronics. Ramneek started their career as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Delphi, where they focused on vendor control and monitoring.

Ramneek Teng has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar, which was obtained from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a PGDBM in Business Administration and Management at The ICFAI University. In 2017, Ramneek completed the EGMP in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Ramneek also holds a Six Sigma certification as a Black Belt, obtained from LG in 2004. Additionally, Ramneek has received certifications in General Management, BPR SME, and is an EI certified Six Sigma Black Belt from LG Electronics and other institutions.
