Ashis Das has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ashis started their career in 2013 as an Analyst at AbsolutData Analytics, where they worked until 2014. Ashis then joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Tools Developer, working on a project management tool for monitoring project status and employee productivity. Ashis was recognized with the "Best Client Service" award for their contribution to the project.
In 2015, Ashis joined United Airlines as an Analyst in Operations Analysis. Ashis created a multi-page dashboard that provided insights on operational performance for United's small capacity carrier. Later, they became a Senior Analyst in Global Operations, where they created a detailed report on operational and customer satisfaction performance metrics for domestic and international destinations. Ashis also analyzed top and bottom performing airports using standardized KPIs.
Currently, Ashis is working at India On Track as a Project Manager, a position they started in February 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Corporate Planning from August 2020 to January 2021.

From 2009 to 2013, they attended the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, earning a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering.
In 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
During the same year, Ashis also earned a Postgraduate Degree in Sports Management from the Global Institute of Sports Business India.
In terms of additional certifications, in April 2019, they obtained the certification for "Introduction to Data Science in Python" from the University of Michigan, as well as "Introduction to Financial Accounting" from the University of Pennsylvania.
Most recently, in February 2022, Ashis acquired the "Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification from the Project Management Institute.
