As a Principal Associate at Mumbai office of IndiaLaw, Aaushi focuses on Arbitration and Civil Litigation. She has a profound experience in handling litigation at the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Bombay and other lower courts.

As the lead member of the Arbitration Team, she handled various arbitrations, both domestic and International, relating to construction, infrastructure, corporate transactions, banking & finance, media & entertainment, securities, insurance, B2B agreements etc. She represented various Corporates, Banks, HNIs etc. before the various Courts and Tribunals. She also brings in years of expertise in drafting various agreements and legal documents.
