Akshay Solanki

Akshay Solanki has a strong background in operations management, specifically in the financial industry. Akshay began their career as an Operations Assistant Manager at PAMAC in 2011, where they managed multiple teams and worked with various clients to establish loan processing systems and debt collection strategies. In 2018, Solanki joined Aditya Birla Capital as an Operations Manager, where they successfully managed internal teams and external agencies involved in retail loan processing, as well as implemented key initiatives for debt collections. Akshay then moved on to Bettr in 2019, taking on the role of Operations Manager and leading end-to-end customer onboarding operations and debt collections for credit cards and personal loans. Most recently, Solanki joined IndiaLends in 2022 as a Sales and Operations Manager. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong ability to manage teams, establish relationships with service providers, and drive efficiency and productivity in loan processing and debt collection operations.

Akshay Solanki completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification in Debt Collector/Solicitor from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in January 2009.
